Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the questions we hear most often about how Quazentor works, what it costs, and what you should expect as an investor. If you can't find what you need here, reach out through our contact page.
What exactly does Quazentor do?
Quazentor is an AI-driven portfolio optimisation service. Our models analyse market data on an ongoing basis and adjust allocations within your portfolio to pursue defined risk and return objectives, while keeping your capital in accounts you can access at any time.
Who is Quazentor designed for?
We built Quazentor for parents, retail investors, and individuals who want a structured, data-led approach to managing savings and investments without needing to become full-time market analysts or lock their money away in illiquid products.
Do I lose access to my money once it's invested?
No. Continuous liquidity is a core principle of our approach. Funds remain in accounts structured for ongoing access, subject to the standard terms of the account and custody arrangements you agree to when onboarding.
How does the AI model make decisions?
The model evaluates a range of market and portfolio-level inputs on a continuous basis and applies a defined methodology to rebalance allocations. We outline the general process on our Advantages page, though specific model weightings and signals are proprietary.
Is my capital at risk?
Yes. All investing carries risk, and the value of your portfolio can go down as well as up. Past performance of our models or any strategy does not guarantee future results. You should only invest capital you can afford to see fluctuate.
What does it cost to use Quazentor?
Fee structures depend on the account type and service tier you select. We provide full fee details during onboarding and in your account documentation before you commit any capital, so you can review the specifics before proceeding.
How do I get started?
You can request access through the dashboard link on our homepage or contact our team directly via the Contact page. We'll walk you through account setup, verification, and the information needed to configure your portfolio.
Can I set my own risk preferences?
Yes. During onboarding you define parameters such as your risk tolerance and investment objectives, and the model operates within those boundaries. You can request adjustments to your settings as your circumstances change.
Will a person ever review my account, or is it fully automated?
The portfolio optimisation itself is model-driven, but our support team is available to help with account questions, onboarding, and general service queries. We do not currently offer individualised financial advice through support channels.
How is my data and account information protected?
We apply standard security practices to protect account and personal data. Full details on data handling are set out in our Privacy Policy, which we recommend reviewing before you share any personal information with us.
Can I withdraw or close my account at any time?
Withdrawal and account closure are handled according to the terms of your specific account type, which are provided during onboarding. Because continuous liquidity is central to our model, most accounts are designed to support timely withdrawal requests.
Where can I read the legal terms governing my use of Quazentor?
Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy pages set out the legal terms and data practices that apply to your use of Quazentor. We encourage you to review both documents before opening an account.
